How do I do it.

How do you move on from 12 years of narcissistic abuse 3 children no friends no family. I feel numb and scared.

Similar boat here! 16 years with the narcissist, 3 little ones (4, 7, & 10). One friend in town. One friend online. Thankfully I have my dad and brother down the street. My mom passed away 3 weeks ago, so I have that on top of everything. We’ve been separated for 2 years, ever since I discovered his HUGELY BETRAYING second, hidden life. Divorce was finalized in July. Now if only he would ever actually MOVE THE FUCK OUT. BUT! I need his help financially because I’m disabled…. And, I get to see my babies every single day so long as he lives here, and not just 50% of the time once he’s gone……., The whole thing blows. 🥺😢😭

I love my survivors of domestic violence support group. Maybe you can find one. It’s so helpful.

Also, call the DV hotline. They are great when you need someone to talk to.

I was with my ex 18.5 years and married 13 years. 3 kids too. Idk your situation but just start planning. Consult a divorce/custody lawyer. Plan where you'll live or how to get him out of your shared household reasonably. What bills you shared and what you can maintain on your own. It isn't easy but you can do this for yourself and your babies. All of you deserve better.

I just got divorced a month ago, I also have no family just me and my 13 year old son. No friends or shall I say no one that I can depend on. I been really going through it. Just depressed everyday, wanting to cry or wish I had a friend to talk to

It’s hard. I had 19 years of it. There came a point where I just said no and meant it with every ounce of my body. It was a messy battle for a while and a lot of therapy and am still on medication but I’m free. I still have struggles and question and doubt literally everything (the paranoia is major) now I have a wonderful life with a man who actually says he sees all of me and loves me. Take it one day at a time. One hour at a time and don’t be worried about messaging anyone for help. I’m here if you need a chat x
