School run aid

So my partners kids have been placed with us 50:50 due to the mother not being able to cope with the kids, but he works 8-5 and im going back to work soon, does anyone know of any sort of service that would pick the kids up and take them to school? I remember seeing it when i was at school, but im unsure

Schools usually run a before and after school club. There isn’t really a “service” for getting the kids there. That’s your job as parents. Before school clubs can start from either 7.30 or 8am xx

I’d recommend asking the school if there are any options via themselves, otherwise as above it’s on you to make arrangements. Perhaps a childminder?

You would need to look into a child minder, or do you or your parents have parents or friends that would help with the school run. Or speak to school to see what they have on offer and explain the situation x

That’s crazy!! I can’t believe they don’t offer them… you may have to consider moving schools or as someone suggested, a childminder? Xx

They arent my kids, baby mum lives close to the school, but its a 30 minute drive from us, but baby mum is useless and doesnt care about anything but herself xxx

We were in a similar position (but children were placed with us Mon-Fri) so we changed the school to one close to us, not sure if that's an option for you! X

See if there is a childminder near school that does drop offs/pick ups and can have them for you. The school should be able to suggest childminders or ask on fb groups local to the school
