Nursery places
Hi! Might be a stupid question but I’m so confused when will my daughter get offered her nursery place (it’s in a school) we applied over 5 months ago when my eldest applied for reception

@Georgina they should have informed you about the dates in the email or their school page. 5 months seems a lot. Best is to ring one of your top listed schools and ask
Is it a school nursery that takes on 2 year olds? If not then you will find out just before April which is the term after your child turns 3 since most school nurseries only take on age 3+

Did you apply through the council website or directly through school? I know that reception is announced in April. The nursery places are slightly different. Look at your email or you could phone the council or your chosen schools
