Yes, that can happen to all of us. I wanted to do the same when my lo was younger. Wait to see if she would settle. Later, I found out she was actually sick and didn't feel good. I felt bad. You're not a horrible mother. You can always peak at her to see if she's ok and still give her time to settle. I'm hoping your lo was ok after that.
I am sorry why you dont feed her? When she is up?
It was her nap time and she had recently eaten so she wasn't hungry just had a hard time connecting sleep cycles (sometimes, like in this case) she's been sucking on her hands a lot and I've noticed it's a developmental thing for her age. Thankfully she was fine, we cuddled and finished the nap as a contact one but the mom guilt is still so strong 😔
My baby has been sucking his hands since 6 weeks - and is now 15 weeks. He hasn’t thrown up, but very often (multiple times a day) he pushes them down the back of his throat so much he gags. I always come running as it sounds awful, like he’s choking.., and he’s just lying there smiling. So in your situation I wouldn’t be worried at all, especially if she’s recently eaten as there would have been milk to come up.
The love to dream is amazing! And it was easy to transition to arma out as well. Would definitely recommend
