My sister got hers a few months ago she just emailed her ID and got everything back from pregnancy to discharge after labour xx

No just the email and it’s all notes including any traces you had during labour x
I've just sent of for mine, just literally emailed them and sent photo id. So just waiting for them to arrive now x

I’ve requested mine and still waiting I emailed them in July and still haven’t had nothing back x

@Kristen have you emailed them again? They are meant to get them back to you within one calendar month they did email me and say there was a back log but I kept emailing as I had a meeting with the maternity department x
@Hannah yeah I’ve emailed them 7 times since the request and alls o get back is that they are waiting on them 🤷🏻♀️at this point I don’t think I’ll get them till next year 😂
I have. Requested them in March and took until end of July to receive. They are suppose to get them to you within 1 calendar month x

@Kristen tell them you are going to PALS. I requested my notes as I need them for my daughters appointment at Alder Hey. I contacted PALS after waiting 4 months and within the day they had sent them out x
@Kristen email them and say they had to provide them within one calendar month and you will be making a formal complaint to PALS about the delay x

I requested mine in April and I still haven’t gotten them back. This has inspired me to chase again!
@Grace I’ve chased mine back up after waiting months as received a phone call saying I’ll receive by the 8th of November so I’m just sitting and waiting now
I’ve recently received mine, it’s really easy to do I just sent a email with the request and then they ask for photo ID x
