I compared mine to a deflated water bed. It was just loose and like jelly. I went to mummy yoga, started jogging again and after about 4/5m started core work and it got stronger every week. Like muscle memory came back online xx
I'm 3 months post section and mine has started getting firmer already hun, so your doctor is talking absolute rubbish

That doctor is talking crap. Your skins elasticity will slowly recover but you can use products and exercise to fix that. Our bellies stretched out for our babies and take a while to get their tone back. I had extra skin and a looser core for a few months and then it toned back up. By 12 months pp you wouldn’t have even known id had a baby let alone a section xx
