I had my pre-op scheduled on the 6th, was called on the 9th to be told whether it would be morning or afternoon and had my c-section on the morning of the 10th, it might be different for everyone though x
I had mine last month and found out about 10 days before. It's recently changed because my last daughter I had in April 2023 and I knew the date from December 2022
I had my youngest at womens, I was given my date the week before however 48 hours before my section it was cancelled and I had to wait 2 days for a new date!
My was booked at 33wks I think because I asked the consultant x
Depends on whether your consultant books it, or it just gets scheduled. I am being told mine at 32 weeks as I have a specific surgeon but if you’re not under someone specific usually a few days before
I have my baby at countess but at that appointment with the consultant they will usually give you a date and what will happen you have a pre appointment before your actual day of section sure will be prob be same with your hospital
