i’ve packed a big oversized black t shirt

Last time I just had shorts ( underwear ) and a sports bra and ended up obviously just in my sports bra and felt a bit exposed I've given birth 3 time so it didn't really bother me but if you want a bit more coverage go for a Nighty or a long oversized top.

Im expecting to labour in a sports bra and some PJ shorts. I’ve also got a button up pj top just in case , plus a strappy top. Just so I have options

I’d do a button up nightie, buttons so you can get it down quickly for skin to skin with baby and breastfeeding and then easy access down the bottom 🤣

I had an nighty on with my first, but il be wearing a button up one this time with a bralet under for easy skin on skin time

I just wore normal clothes then stripped off to sports bra as I was moving between the tub and bed etc. while in labour last time. Believe me, you’ll forget modesty pretty quickly.

I ended up in an oversized maternity ASOS vest with my first, so packed the same for this time 🤭 It was comfy and not too hot and also easily accessible for monitoring and the boob too x

I havent laboured yet so don't know if it will be comfy or practial or if I'll maybe just strip it off, but I actually bought a cheap stretchy summer dress from vinted for 1.50. It is loose and has straps that you tie to fasten, so I figured that I can literally just untie them to do skin to skin after.

I've got two nights dresses. One buttons up the front so can be undone easily for skin to skin and a spare one if we end up in the following night.
