I’d call your doctor or midwife and see what they say since your contractions are pretty close together

Mine were like this too then would disappear for a couple hrs then came back and my water broke that night. Are you dilated any ?

I would call. When my contractions were that far apart, I still had like 30 hours to go. I went to the hospital when they were 4-5 minutes apart and they still told me it was a bit early. Turns out they were right but I didn’t feel comfortable going back home since I live 45 min from the hospital.

I would call maybe and just check in. It may be too early to head in just yet but everyone is so different. If it’s your first baby it “probably” will be a bit longer. Typical rule I 3-1-1 meaning start heading to hospital when contractions are 3 minutes apart, lasting 1 minute long and have been coming for 1 hour consistently. I just had my second baby in may and they wanted me to come in when my contractions where 5 mins apart but they weren’t super intense yet and when I went in I was barely at a 6 cm and still was in labor for like almost 13 more hours after that 😂 but other people I have heard they barely felt anything but went to hospital and had the baby next hour haha 🤣 so just keep in contact with your dr or hospital

Try and wait it out until they are closer. For me it was more comfortable laboring at home than in the hospital. I went in once the contractions were making unable to talk and hunching over during them. Went in and was only 4cm that was at 8am. Didn’t give birth until 7pm that night but I did get an epidural and they say that can slow it down but at least I was able to get a little bit of sleep lol

Thank you all! Eventually they progressed after an hour and I was having 5-1-1 and by 6am 3-1-1 ,came to the hospital 6:20am surprisingly 7cm dilated. Gave birth in water to my baby girl at 09:05 this morning 🐣🙏 all the best you the rest expecting October mamas may you have a smooth delivery asap!
