Emergancy C-section

Hello, Is anyone else who had an emergency c-section or one in general still experiencing loads of pain? I'm nearly 15 months on and honestly the pain this evening is unbarable, I can only describe it as if it's being pinged or stabbed internally. Unsure if this is normal or not?! 🫠🥴 (It's killing me, doesn't seem to make a difference if I'm sat down or walking it's a constant sharp pains)
