Unless you are changed to midwifery led you unfortunately won’t be able to have a home birth, even then you will likely be discouraged due to having a high risk pregnancy or the reason why you are consultant led x

I’m only being consultant led due to Pcos which baffles me. My hospitals maternity ward is closing so trying to think of the best way really xx

You’d have to speak to your consultant, but it’s highly unlikely you’ll get a home birth. I’m sorry.

You can do whatever you like! If you want a homebirth you can have one (whether your consultant or midwife “support it” is irrelevant). Legally the choice is yours - do your homework and maybe look at a local doula to assist? X

I was consultant led and able to change to midwife led to give birth in the midwife led unit with my second ( didn’t happen in the end as was induced) but it was easy to switch. Might be worth having that convo first - is it your first babe? A midwife led ward or stand alone unit might be a good compromise if you want to be as natural as possible.
