Large brown mucus plug

Just wondering where to go from here, I've been very slowly losing my mucus plug for a few weeks (39 weeks now) and just now I think the entire thing came out!! There was loads, no blood just a lot of light brown/ beige in it. I have no cramps or signs of labour otherwise. I had a membrane sweep yesterday if that changes anything. Do I call triage or just ignore it?

If you don't have any other sign of labour you don't have to call them. Even if you call them with regular contractions they will say stay at home until the pain is unbearable or contractions are 3 mins apart. And take paracetamol at least this is what they told to me.

If you want you can always call them for advice anyway😊 Have an easy birth 🤗

Maybe ring them for peace of mind and get the advice. U would rather ask and know that sit round waiting and wondering xxx
