Question as a first time mom
So my mucus plug is coming out slowly do we have to go to the hospital for that or what and I am 1cm

It can regenerate and doesn’t necessarily mean anything, so you don’t need to go to the hospital but def let your OB know so they’re aware.

Losing you mucus plug doesn’t really mean anything. Go to the hospital once a) your water has broken or b) you’re having 5-1-1 contractions. 1cm dilated is nothing unfortunately and many people can be there for weeks before they go into labor.
