Anything high waisted and cotton! Full briefs will help keep you comfy. Also when the scar is healed you can use a silicone patch over it to help smooth it down

Molasus Cotton Boy Shorts... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CNJZ22KX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I bought these from Amazon, been so supportive and great coverage over scar.

I’ve got baby go go c section recovery pants and they are great x

Anything high waisted with material that’s buttery and soft.

I used disposible adult nappies like always ones the first two weeks. They were brilliant. Then just any full brief will do as they're high waisted

@Jenisha I second high waist cotton briefs!! Live in them 1.5 years later c

@Jess I’m 10PP and still wearing mine too, very comfortable

Frida mom disposal ones are great in my opinion but a bit pricier

I used aldi's incontinence disposable briefs. They helped with PP blood loss, too. Been a god send xx
