Mucus plug

Looking to see if anyone else had experienced this… I am 32w+2 and I lost my mucus plug last night. I remember hearing in my antenatal class not to call the hospital but it is stressing me out and I don’t know if this is normal 😩

I lost mine at 34 weeks and had my baby 3 days later 🙈 so definitely call them to get checked doesn’t hurt !! Xxx

I would say if it's stressing you out ring triage anyway. They may say it's nothing to worry about but at least that might help you feel a little bit less anxious

I lost mine at 33 weeks it grew back (didn’t know it could grow back) and I had my daughter at exactly 40 weeks x

I've always been told to call especially if you aren't term yet...

My antenatal class said you should call them if you lose it at gestation before 37 weeks so personally I'd call them.

Thanks girls💝 I have called, the midwife said it all sounds reassuring as I haven’t had contractions or my waters have gone. Iv to keep an eye out - hopefully baby girl will stay in there longer!!
