Antidepressants/ Mood stabilizers
Mommas who struggle… what are some BF safe antidepressants/ mood stabilizers that you take?
I’m looking for health safety for my LO and as well as not affecting my supply. I don’t want anything to slow down or decrease my supply!
Also if any mommas know of any natural medicines or remedies that could help, please let me know!!

@Nicola Do you breastfeed as well? I tried Zoloft during my pregnancy but it made it where i couldn’t hardly eat. i had to stop taking it because i was losing so much weight near the end of my pregnancy. Maybe i could try it again now that im not pregnant.
Yes - I breastfeed and not had any issues (baby is 11 weeks) x

I take Sertraline (think it’s Zoloft in the states). I’ve taken it before, during and after pregnancy and all seems good x
