You have to pay for it but there’s an app called TheWonderWeeks and it’s been spot on with my LO and her fussy stages
My little one is 11 weeks and has started doing this the past few days. I thought it was because she is a little poorly but I think it’s a regression thing! I worry though as I’ve had to put her in the baby carrier a lot the past few days and I don’t want to get in a bad habit with this 😩

Yes my little boy is doing this at the moment and he is 12 weeks I feel like it’s just a regression because his naps are rubbish too ! I find having music on helps his mood massively
