Following because I would also like to know… so far I just put pads, adult diapers and Frida postpartum recovery kit

Adult diapers, a peri bottle for cleanup after using the bathroom, Dermoplast spray, and witch hazel pads saved my life with vaginal delivery recovery. I didn’t tear much with either of my births, BUT I still needed and loved the comfort, cooling, and numbing effect these items gave me (specifically the dermoplast and witch hazel pads). Pro tip, the witch hazel pads feel AMAZING if you keep them cool

Postpartum care kit, Nursing bra, Nursing pads, Nipple cream, Breast pump, Large water bottle, Healthy snacks, Comfy clothes

Loved/ must have: Frida underwear + regular pads Frida peri bottle Hospital provided: Witch hazel pads Numbing spray Recommend: Ice packs, I preferred to just make them & apply frequently the first several days Stock up on TP Pjs out for easy access CRZ yoga shorts/pants on Amazon - great compression for your belly and so comfy Wearable breast pump if you’re planning to pump/BF Ideally set up your bathroom before you come home

Pregnant with my second!! Here are the postpartum things I actually used: -Peri bottle, one in each bathroom if you have multiple. My hospital provided one but the frida one with the angle was easier! -witch hazel pads were a godsend (my hospital provided them) -incontinence pads/ postpartum pads from the store. I used the big bulky ones from the hospital for a few days but then switched to the smaller pads from the store and it was so much comfier. Change them EVERY TIME YOU GO TO THE BATHROOM because you are so so so at risk of infection. -disposable ice pack pads (again my hospital supplied some but they sell them online too!!) Personally I wouldn't get the reusable ones because it would be one more thing to clean which is the last thing you feel like doing postpartum. -Nipple cream!! If you're allergic to wool you CANNOT use lanolin which is in so much postpartum stuff including most nipple creams. I am allergic so I used the Honest brand Calm Your Nips stuff and it was really good.
