Been going on since 3 month pp. I have good days and bad, overall not to worried about it since I have thick hair but definitely can’t wait till it stops.

I gave myself bangs the other day to hide my poor hairline lol. It’ll come back, this is my 3rd and it’s always shocking but don’t panic too much!!

@Chelsey when does it come back? lol also how bad does the hair fall out? cause mines is pretty bad lol

@Cheli I feel like for me months 3-6 were the worst it started to slow down after 6 and then I started to see some growth. Which mind you can look crazy too sometimes it fall comes back at once and like stands straight up for a bit😬 I feel like by the time baby was 1 I felt like my hair was out of the crazy stage and starting to look more normal!

@Chelsey omg thats a long time lol i barely have any strands left 😭

@Cheli it’ll start to come back! Make sure you’re getting enough protein in your diet though that can help too

Mine came out and is still coming out in globs. Doctor said take vitam D and iron pills

@Chelsey def will up my protein

I’m 4 months pp and I’ve noticed some hair loss since 3 months. I feel like I’m gonna be bald by the end of the year

@Yvette so is mine, like its making me really want to get wig for the mean time

Mines not bad enough for wig yet but mine just started @Cheli

Omg I was just researching this and then came onto this app to ask the same. I’m so relieved I’m not only one. I know it happens and it’s a normal part of the process but it’s falling out so much it doesn’t seem normal. Baby is almost 5 months and I don’t know if I can go another 5 weeks of this. It’s wild. I’m gonna be bald soon.

@Kylie mines just started at 4months and i didnt even have much hair before like i can see my hairline and my bangs even broke off like mines is bad 😭

@Cheli girl same, I already had fine hair to begin with. So the hair loss isn’t helping me at all. I know it grows back but that seems so far away until then. 😖

@Kylie i feel you 100% it def feels like a long ways to go and then i know wheb it grows back its barely still going to be forming. i love my bby but omg as a first time mom i was not expecting this part

Me! It’s time every time I touch my hair it just keeps coming out

With my first baby I had bald spots that started around 2 months and didn't start growing back till 6 months postpartum. It took a year to fill out and even then they stayed in the baby hair stage 😭 This time I used the pink stork postnatal gummies along with a generic prenatal iron supplement and didn't have any hair loss till 3 months pp when I had to get a different brand of gummies cause they ran out of those ones at Walmart. As soon as i switched back my hair started growing again and I felt better overall! I added the raw sugar rosemary vinegar rinse to help with hair growth too and it works so so well, my baby hairs are actually growing for the first time in years! Look up the baby blues postpartum hair vitamins! Completely helped mine. A few recommended on here. Has biotin/collagen etc. my prenatal did nothing but these have noticeably helped
