Not sure if this helps but my understanding is that postpartum hair loss is just because pregnancy hormones slow down your normal hair loss so that you lose less hair during pregnancy. As a result, postpartum your body is trying to make up for the hair it should have lost during pregnancy so it seems like a lot until your body catches up and evens out. I don't think there's a way to stop that but keeping your hair healthy and moisturized should help the regrowth.
No tips but I found mine got noticeably better at around the 7 month mark if you can hang on in there a little while longer š¤š©·
I believe it just has to do its thing. I lost LOADS yet was taking supplements / oils. Itās growing back and falling out less now. Started at 3 months and Iām 6 months Pp now.
Itās honestly the worst, my hairline now has noticeabley receded and itās killing me. Iām using an anti-hair loss shampoo and some products from Plantmade also taking vitamins & biotin but tbh I donāt think anything will stop it :( Mine stared coming out at 4 months pp, Iām nearly 5 now and itās slowed down but not stopped and looks awful. Iām waiting for this product to come back in stock in my shade as I think this will be a massive help for my confidence

Ive heard avocado oil is supposed to strengthen and protect the hair follicle so that it "grows fast" but it seema that way because it isnt taking as much damage. You put it in your hair and leave it on for some time, id say 15 min to overnight. If i do it i leave it for at least an hour and then i shower to wash it out cause i dont like having oily hair for a long time. See if that works for you. Ive used it for my baby when the soap i was using was drying her hair out and her hair was thinning. Now her hair is getting longer and its stronger
