Child maintenance
Single mums; how much do you receive in child maintenance from baby’s dad? Either through CMS or directly from dad.
We’ve got 1 child together, he’s only just started seeing him since birth🫣 so I’m just wanting to get a rough idea of what I should be asking him for!
I’ve done the online calculator and it says £30 a month😳 I spent that in Lidl today on nappies and snacks for the week🫠

@Lauren thank you! I was thinking about £200 cause he won’t be having him over night at all but tbh, anything would be a bonus really!xx
It all depends on overnights etc and his income/whether he's paying for other children. My BD is paying for 290 per month, zero nights but he has 2 older kids he pays for too through CMS which he has overnights so why mine is reduced compared to his income x
It was £250 a month and he was earning 25k a year. He quit his job once I put in for child maintenance and I now get nothing. £30, what a treat lol

£200 a month agreed between us both, he has him 3 days a week but no nights just during the day if it was through cms though it would be 280 All varies due to if they have them overnight and how much they earn etc xx
