I have it also. It’s gotten worse since having my son. At this point all foods are triggers for the pain sometimes the sickness.
I've been dealing with increasingly worse IBS-D since I was 12. Limiting the foods I eat and being aware of what my normal triggers are have helped me be ready to deal with things. It can be sad to only eat rice, potatoes, and chicken most of the time but it does help a lot. If we have to go out I will usually just not eat because I'm worried about having a flare while out. I know there are medications that are recommended for IBS, and things like probiotics and fermented foods can help improve gut health. Hopefully the doctors can help you manage it a little bit.
I found which foods were triggers and avoid them. I don’t eat gluten or dairy and limit my fiber intake I still have flare ups and I just have to take my toddler with me if in public. It’s not easy but I manage and do what I have to
