Quick question how do you guys describe your back contractions I have had regular contractions but I believe I’m also experiencing back contractions and they hurt like crazy

@Anaya I’m having back pains but they feel sharp and kinda shoot up my whole spine
Mine was stabbing period cramps that wrapped to my lower back and was just uncomfortable from my lower back to my butt and a huge amount of pressure in my butthole every time I had a contraction
