Can you do a push up?

I’ve been active a few times in my life and they’re my kryptonite I got more definition than I’ve ever had (tiniest bump but still) and I can only do 15 bent knee ones😭

I always have been able to but since being pregnant and losing a lot of muscle they are extremely hard now

I never could until I started aerial and pole 😆 now I can do them endlessly it seems like.

@Nika the upper body strength to do all that is craaazy props to you girl id fall faster than you can say pizza

@Kylie after my first I was prob the weakest I’ve been pregnancy takes so much out of you physically and mentally but feels so good to get back to exercising

lol I was nowhere near this strong when I first started but I fell in love with the challenge. Couldn’t do a single pull up now I’m one arm swinging 😆 it’s addictive!

@Nika one arm is crazier😱is it easier learning to hold your weight say in aerial than doing push ups? I want to get my strength we got a punching bag that is kinda loud to do in a one floor at night while babies sleep😅

Aerial was definitely an easier and more fun way to get into lifting especially that it’s your own body weight. My favorite apparatus is a flying pole and a lot of people don’t like that much spin and swinging but the momentum helps me if that makes sense. Strength and balance!

When I was in the military I would always get between 26-30 in under a minute during Physical Training tests… I haven’t done a push up since leaving lol.

Yes but I wouldn’t say “not that hard”.

1 if i try really hard 😅

I do 50 girl push ups a day (going on 3 weeks now) Goal is to do 50 real push ups

Maybe 10. I can, but not many. Maybe 5 chin ups lol. I’d rather do squats 😂

Pre babies I could do pull ups and push ups. Now I can’t even open a jar. Lost all my upper body strength

@Sarah 🎀 daaang that’s impressive my shoulders and chest are hurting just thinking of it💪

@Izzie more than I can do👊🤩

@Melanie do you still do it if you feel sore?? You’re a madwoman but also amazingly strong

You should try it! It energizes me. I don’t really feel sore but it’s really hard to do still 😅

@Kellie same I’ll take legs over arms or abs any day kinda obsessed with getting a natural big booty but fit overall not trying to look like an ant 🤣
