Hair loss

Anyone else losing mass amounts of hair? This is just during one shower! Should I see a doctor?

Girlllll, you and me both. Unfortunately, this is normal postpartum. I lose way more than you each time I shower! I’m currently rocking a receding hairline 😂 I’ve heard it goes away, but until then, I’ve been using coconut oil as a hair mask.

oh i wish i was losing this much. i have literally balls of hair coming out. its normal. don’t sweat it. xxxx

lol girl yes . I was gonna send a photo of the hair I lost but it’s not a competition it’s horrible how much I lost tho but gratefully my hair doesn’t look thin . I have thick hair anyways but the amount I lost tho??? You’d think I shaved my head

Yessss! It’s so bad!! I’ve been using prose. It hasn’t kicked in yet but I did use it after having hair loss from Covid and my hair has never been better! So I’m hoping to have the same results

I have really really thin hair already so this is SO much hair on my head. My hair is also shoulder length so it's not very long. Really stressed about how much I'm losing!!

I also have thin hair so I’m with you! I don’t know how there is even any left on my head with how much I’m losing. The only thing that has made me feel any better was talking with friends who recently went through it and knowing that it does eventually stop and grow back

I just started using this as well. It isn’t any more hair but it has made me not feel so self conscious about areas that seem thinner or when I wear my hair up https://amzn.to/4hEvo35

My best advice…don’t stress - it’ll make it worse. I lost over 1/2 of my hair with my first and it all came back. Currently rocking about 1/3 with my second and as much as I hate it and feel like it will never end, I just have to keep reminding myself it is a season 😅😭 Make sure youre on a good postnatal vitamin and brave the storm!

Me I am! I have thin hair to begin with and I’m losing close to triple this amount in the shower and I wake up with hair covering my entire bed.

That looks normal to me. I would think it only be concerning if it was clumps and clumps of hair
