Last night I was asking myself this. Just got dressed and about to get into bed. Felt something trickle down my leg and turns out I peed myself 😅 just had to give it a smell and it wasn't hard to tell the difference.
@Becky i just wish i wasnt in the shower at that time to have an idea! 😂 i will keep an eye x
@Kaylee 😂 so good that you worked it out for sure!
With all the change in anatomy and pressure etc, it's not unusual for wee to get "stuck" in kinks and then get released when you move. It's not necessarily that you've wet yourself (although that is also v common 😅). So it's most likely urine in these situations. Try to have a little wiggle/lean after a wee and press with toilet to make sure you've soaked everything up
@Katie makes sense thank you x
I’ve been having this same issue the last 24 hours (37+6) baby is definitely on my bladder as I constantly feel the need to pee. Had some watery discharge but not much but on wearing a pad to be able to see better it’s yellowy not clear. I don’t want to ring and go into triage to be told I’m just peeing myself 😂🫣
My midwife said that no matter how good your pelvic floor is, with a trickle you won’t be able to stop it - it will be constant. But, as with anything, if you’re not sure ring your midwife 😊 x
