My mom tried pilates at 50 and fell in love with it she’s now an instructor and in the best shape of her life 4 years later. I go to her classes sometimes, not since I’ve been on pelvic rest unfortunately, but I also love it.
@KayLee wow that’s awesome. I’m just looking to be in good shape. I have been physically tired and I don’t want to feel this way anymore.
Lots of work but good results! Definitely recommend if you’re trying to get in shape!

Yes loved Pilates, gaining strength PP because my body was weak after birth and great for core building and for pelvic floor
Few years ago I was more of a weightlifting girl in the gym. I also used to do a lot of running. Since being pregnant I can’t even do a push up or a sit up. Pilates has been amazing to building my strength back up and getting some mobility back. There is a post natal palates near me and I can take baby with me
