Hopefully 🙏🏽
Looking forward to hearing others too xx
I’m also attempting a VBAC. First baby was an emergency section at 9cm due to heart rate issues and head pressed against the cord stopping flow of oxygen. She was a big baby at 10lb 0.5oz. I’m due on Sunday and had a growth scan on Monday to say he’s about 8lb 5oz currently. Hoping to go into spontaneous labour but won’t be opting for induction so if he’s not here soon I’ll be electing for a section between 41 and 42 weeks!
I had a successful vbac yesterday and it was the only thing on my birth plan that actually happened!
I'm due to attempt VBAC too after emergency c-section August 2022, my due date is tomorrow though 🙈 I have a friend at work, she had an emergency c-section and then a successful VBAC about 4 years later. She always talks about it as being a very positive experience, it went smoothly, and was 100% her preferred birth experience ☺️ She said recovery was much quicker for her with the VBAC too. Hopefully this will be us soon. Looking forward to hearing others experiences 🙏🏻 thanks for posting this.
