Anyone experienced MLK Hospital?

I’m planning to go to the emergency room and labor/delivery at MLK but I’m quite nervous. I don’t like hospitals so would like to know if anyone had a good (or bad) experience there.

If you are closer to a different hospital please consider somewhere else. To be fair I haven’t been in a long time and never delivered there personally the hospital may have improved drastically but it never had a great reputation that I knew of. Lived in LA my whole life. So if it’s the closest consider doing a tour first but if you drive and are able to go somewhere else I would definitely look at my options

I delivered my baby at MLK in July 2023 and had such a great experience. The doctors, nurses and midwifes all had amazing bed side matters. I would totally deliver there again!!

@Luzaida same! I had my daughter there in 2016 and my nurses were amazing. It’s definitely improved and I believe under new ownership
