Priority vitamin/supplements

If you could only take ONE daily vitamin/supplement, which one would you choose as you know it's vital for health?

I have a vitamin D deficiency so take it anyway. I don’t take any other vitamins as I cook from fresh and it’s mainly vegetables as even though I’m not a veggie I’m not a massive meat person so I get what I need from that

@Kate what are the tell-take signs of vitamin D deficiency

I eat enough sushi and drink enough orange juice regularly so I’d go w vitamin d 😅
