I’m 3 weeks postpartum, I haven’t been in any pain and been able to move around and do things like normal but yesterday my stomach started feeling really tender and kinda sore every time I move. It kinda feels like I have a gas bubble stuck or something … not sure if I just maybe overworked myself too soon or what …

The same thing happened to me, my doctor recommended to rest the whole day.

Same thing happened to me a couple times try to rest as much as you can

Same thing happened to me and the pain gradually got worse and worse. My midwife referred me back to the OB who did the surgery and the OB said it’s normal — take the Tylenol / Advil and keep doing what you’re doing. Your body is just healing

Very normal, usually because you start to move around more and you start doing more than you should! It’s your body telling you to relax because you’re still not healed! Your body heals from the outside in! Not the other way around. So you’re straining yourself maybe!

@Amanda Yes my insides feel so sore! It hurts to move, cough, take a deep breath … etc

@Ashlee How long did it last?? I been resting all day and my insides feel so sore still. It hurts to move, get up, sit down, take a deep breath … etc
