I had this with my first, and it was trapped wind, it can be very painful and hard to breath. It caused me to have a panic attack at the same time making breathing far more worse. Without noticing you might be eating food too quickly or drinking ; just getting it down you before baby wakes up. Try that first, taking time eating and drinking and allowing your food to go down before laying down. Sometimes we don’t realise how quick we doing things because we don’t have time to take our time. X

Thank you I think I've been eating at a fast pace since my first 🤣 otherwise there's literally no time to eat I will try this though x How long did yours take to go back to normal

I saw a video about it on tiktok and the advice was to drink peppermint tea

Try pepermint tablet in pharmacy or tea

Please drink peppermint tea!!! It sounds a little ridiculous but I promise you it works!!! I didn’t relate this pain to trapped wind either and it really was - agonising but the tea works wonders. I experienced it for around 12 weeks randomly bouts of it every few days then it went! Put tea in kettle water then leave some space at the top put cold in it so you can drink it straight away and leave the tea bag in to keep it strong - down it in one and it will work faster. It takes time 🤍 but it will go xxx
