As soon as I wanted!

I think it was about 5 weeks as was still tender and could feel my organs swish to one side which was not a nice sensation. Took a bit of getting use to but now feels hard to remember at 7m pp

Just whenever suits… I did from night 2 when at home as I found it easier to breastfeed lying down

Whenever you feel comfy, I was on my side I think from the beginning as I hate sleeping on my back. It was easier to get up for me too that way.

First night. Then slept on my tummy a week later

@Lea why is that if you don’t mind me asking

@Sarah yes I get up from the side but haven’t fully tried sleeping on tje side

@Charlotte omg feel organs haha that sounds scary tbh on my right side I feel a little more pressure not sure y compared to the other how about you ?

@Amie did it feel ok ? Not uncomfortable or hurt or anything ?

@Alisha yes, it was worse on my right side for some reason too. I presume it was just because there was a lot of space in there given abs hadn't contracted back yet

I was about 5ish weeks when I started sleeping on my side again but it’s weird because during pregnancy I couldn’t wait to sleep on my back and was sick of sleeping on my side & then after my section I could only sleep on my back and couldn’t wait to be able to sleep on my side again 😂 x

I don’t remember exactly, but I think it was about 1.5-2 weeks. The first few Days my organs felt so weird and out of place and I could only lay on my back but it wasn’t too long before I could finally do side

Slept on my side from about night 3 but with a pillow under belly and in-between legs. Just felt pressure on when i laid on my back x

I slept on my side straight away

Straight away but I had no pain with neither of mine

I could sleep on my right side at 7 days post. Currently 10 days post and still can't lay on my left side.

As soon as my dressing was removed
