Hospital bag

Im a 28 weeks and a first time mum I have no idea what to pack for my hospital bag and what to pack for baby

1 thing I used so much with my first birth was a small handheld fan! You can get them fairly cheap off of Amazon. I find it so hot in hospitals, and would definitely recommend packing one!

With my first I just googled what was needed and went from there. Tbh I didn’t use half the stuff I took. All you really need is baby clothes, nappies, wipes, nappy bags, blanket, hat, clothes for you, toiletries including pads etc, snacks, charger then anything additional you wanted like fan etc. I found bagging and labelling mine and babies clothes really helpful as I could just tell my partner what was needed and it was got without having to scramble around messing the case up x

Spare clothes. The drop in hormones cause you to sweat like a trooper overnight after having the baby. Spritz for bits for your vagina or c section wound.
