Deployment anxiety
Hi ladies, my partner had only been in since Feb last year and has got his first deployment dates for next year. We have a baby (he will have just turned one) and I am already having anxiety attacks about how I'll cope when he goes.
I'm a ftm and have had mental health issues previously, is this normal with 8 months still to go or could this be a bit of PPA?
Any advice would be amazing

Hey so my partner is navy and was deployed last year when I was pregnant and was gone for 4 months, and then got deployed again 3 weeks ago when my youngest was 10 months old,I’m not going to lie some days are harder then others especially as I have an older son too but try and stay positive and my main thing is keeping busy to keep your mind off things and I always shoe the boys pictures of my partner, feel free to message me xx
