After sweep cramps
Hi, I had my first sweep today and I have had cramps and pressure on and off since. Should I wait to see if there is a consistent pattern with it? Or am I looking out for my bloody show or waters to break? I feel like it’s abit all over the place at the moment but feels like it might be getting worse? Sorry for potential stupid post 😂

I’ve had 2 (partially successful) sweeps, no cramps but a bloody show 😂 so not sure if anywhere near or not now yet. Another sweep arranged for Friday though but midwife is hopeful she won’t even need to see me by that point.
I would time the cramps when you think they are coming fairly regularly/ frequently. If they are coming every 3-4mins or the pain becomes unbareable then I would ring. You might get a show, and your waters might go. If your waters go, then ring for advice. In the mean time try to have a good meal and try to relax/ get some early sleep as you might not get chance tonight if the pain ramps up x
