PP exercises

Hiya guys, I've been going to the gym since 8 weeks pp. I want more exercises to get rid of the mum pouch😂 and to tone my stomach muscles too. Does anyone have any recommendations on what type of exercises to do?

Just a case of eating in a deficit and lifting weights. It’ll come off eventually x

I’ve been told to avoid any ab exercises that dome my belly as this can hinder your AB muscles coming back together and do things like dead bugs instead

From everything I’ve seen on this (and I’m no expert btw but I’ve been researching the same thing!) the key is to do deep core stuff - bird dog, deadbugs etc. haven’t been consistent with working out yet though as I’ve been sick so I can’t comment on how effective it is 😂
