My bowels have been emptying the past few hours

Sorry in advance if it's TMI but I'm 37+3 with my first LO. I'm just wondering if pooping a lot is a sign labor is near. I've started having lightening crotch the last few days coming with Braxton Hicks the last twoish weeks. I'm nervous but super excited but definitely curious because I've been in and out of the bathroom for the last 3 hours 😅🤣

I’ve heard it’s a sign for some people yeah! I personally didn’t have this sign but was watching out for it lol it very possibly could be

I had this during the weekend, I had like 5-6 bowel movements 😅 my midwife said it could be a sign of labour but I’m still pregnant 🥲

Thank you for responding. The Internet has definitely given different opinions 😅 I'm hoping she comes soon because I don't think I've ever gone to the bathroom that many times that close together. Plus the nausea has come back which I didn't even know happened. I thought that only happened in the beginning of pregnancy. She's been moving A LOT since I last went to the bathroom 🎀 I can definitely feel her lower. My due date is November 30th but I wouldn't be opposed with anytime sooner 🤗

@Camilla yep I’ve been having the same thing, I’m also really moody and fatigued along with the nausea :( I’m due on the 25th and hoping he stays in til Saturday because that’s when my mum arrives to help with my toddler 🤣

Just had my first baby 10/29 and the same thing happened to me, lots of bowel movements prior to labor.

Same and I’m very gassy 😞 I feel so gross lol. I’m definitely not constipated anymore hopefully it means she’s coming soon
