Also if he has sisters, are if you and his mother are close learn from them, ask them questions. I’m sure they’d love to know that you’re wanting to make cultural foods 🩷
You were supposed to chop them into cubes size then boil them in pot with a bit salt. Are you trying to make white, red or green menudo???
@Cassandra Laguna this picture was taken when first removed it from the package to wash it. I cut them (best cubes pieces I could.) and washed, soaked and washed and soaked.
