Pain early pregnancy
Hello I have just found out I am pregnant on Sunday, I will be roughly 3/4 weeks, I am in so much pain all around my stomach there’s not particular part, this is my third I have two kids already and never experienced this before, I feel extremely dizzy and heart rate is feeling fast, should I be worried? I don’t know if this could be normal as I didn’t experience any this with my last two (there has been no bleeding)

@Laura i was googling it earlier and it said ectopic pregnancy usually comes with bleeding and I have had none, im praying its not but i am worried, early pregnancy clinic won’t see me as am not 6 weeks yet
You can go to a&e and get checked to be safe
