Transverse position

Has anyone else found out their baby is transverse ( laying side to side) I’ve been told I’ve got until 36 weeks for baby to move into position otherwise it’s going to be a c section. I was hoping for a natural delivery this time as last time I had an emergency c section so I am quite gutted but staying hopeful that baby will move before 36 weeks ( 32 now) Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

I did, transverse all the way until 34 weeks then she turned! So there’s still time/hope!

My first was transverse right up until my final midwife appointment then he just moved and got into position right at the last couple of weeks.

@Nicole amazing! I’m staying optimistic

I am 32weeks 4days, I found out my baby was laying transverse 2 days ago, then today I had to go hospital for other reasons and when they checked baby’s position he had turned breech and they said at this point in pregnancy they are still moving around as much as they want so they had no concern for it and they just said hopefully he will be head down by the time I have my 36 week scan, so your baby still has time to move!

I went for growth scan Monday and found out he is transverse I have also been given 4 weeks for him to turn

I was always told swimming helps turn baby so that may be something that can help ? X

I was recommended to look at the spinning babies website, there are exercises to help baby move in the optimal position. 😊 Good luck! 🫶🏼

Spinning Babies has a whole section on their website to help turn transverse babies! Def give it a go. Midwives always recommend it :)
