My boy has got something similar, started on his belly and now they're all over his body. He also had a high temperature. The doctor said it's a viral infection.

My son had something like this a few months ago and it was accompanied by a temperature. It was viral and was gone in a couple of days x
My baby's has got worse and it's on his face too but bigger spots. I'm going to take him to the pharmacy and see what they say.
Personally yes. Because it’s not irritated and you mentioned baby had a temp before it . It looks exactly the same as what my baby had . Started out on his torso and went to his face . Cleared up within a week. I would check with a doctor though to be sure
I took my boy to the doctor's again today and they said it's hand foot and mouth. His looks more like spots than a rash and some are blistery x
It kind of looks like heat rash??
