Always craving sex!

Does anyone else constantly crave physical intimacy while pregnant?? I’m 20 weeks today and my fiancé can’t keep up with my needs 😭 he suggested I find a girlfriend to get my rocks off but also- I don’t know a lot of girls that would be into a pregnant lady 😂 I killed 2 vibrators already.
