my husband struggled with this for a while when he was in a shitty job. If you can get yourself to drink something, making a protein shake from the powder with whole milk, oats, and peanut or almond butter is an easy way to pack in the calories and it tastes really good. Helped him gain back some of the weight he lost

Yes when I was supper depressed! It was the worst feeling ever! I forced myself to get whatever I could in my stomach. I ended up getting on anti depressants and it helped significantly! I recommend this if you haven’t tried it yet.
Currently dealing with this. I dropped under 100lbs last month and have had to use mass gainer recently. It’s the hardest thing to deal with. My daughter is well fed, I just couldn’t care to eat myself.
