BF keeps getting sex pill ads on his IG

Please don’t be judgmental but we’ve had serious trust issues over him watching porn several times behind my back during and after my pregnancy. He swears up and down he’s sworn off the porn and now twice in the last day he’s had ads on his Instagram for sex pills (him/hers, blue chew) had to google the second one and sure enough. Everyone says it’s from watching porn on other websites but I just went through his phone for my peace of mind and it’s clean. From what I see it’s clean idk
