What the hair?

In the last couple weeks, I've been noticing way more hair falling out when I brush/shower/ run my hands through my hair. Is anyone else experiencing this? To be clear, my hair, not baby's.

Its normal, part of the post-partum hormone fluctuation, im in the same boat, but for the 3rd time🙃

Ugg

Same it’s terrible

Same here! It's aweful

Same

3 months PP and I’ve noticed this too. It’s not hugely excessive but it’s definitely more noticeable😭 also found a hair tourniquet on my son’s finger last night. Thank goodness it didn’t seem like it had been there long

I washed my hair the other day and just washing it I had a hairball the size of my hand 😭

Omg yesss! I keep finding little hairballs in corners of the house, random ones touching my legs or ones on my arms that make me feel like there is something crawling on me

I brush my hair thoroughly before I get in the shower and still have my hands covered when I wash my hair

Ugh, yes. Sadly it's the normal for us with the hormonal fluctuations but if you see a dermatologist they can give you meds for it if you're interested or just let it run it's course but it is horrifying.

I like when you get to the point of unintentionally having baby hair bangs

Yes it’s so much 😭 I have to clean my brush out 3 times everytime I brush my hair and it’s still everywhere. I find it all in between my baby’s fingers too and I’m always making sure it’s not wrapped around her fingers or toes

Ugh yes it makes me so sad.

I thought I was lucky when it was my pubes falling out lol but now it's my hair. I'm thinking of cutting it now because I found one of my hairs wrapped around 2 of her toes today cutting off circulation I felt so bad I wanted to cut it immediately. 😩

@Liz I didn't know the hormones could affect body hair, too! Wow.
