We did it!

We just had a successful, all natural VBAC, despite being considered a high risk pregnancy due to chronic hypertension. The doctor you go to makes such a difference. Mine never once pushed to induce or schedule a repeat cesarean. He monitored me and baby closely, and did everything he could to make sure I got the delivery I desired. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without the support! Jonah Everett was born at 3:54am weighing in at 9lbs 1oz❤️

Congratulations💛

👏🏾👏🏾♥️

Congratulations! Did you go into labour naturally? This gives me great hope! 🙏🏽

@Kynsie yes I did! No induction and no epidural. My water broke and I had him not even 2 hours later. I was losing hope myself. You’ve got this!❤️

Congrats! Successful stories give me hope too so thank you for sharing!

Congratulations

Congratulations!! 🥹🫶🏻

Congratulations! I’m someone with chronic hypertension too and my doctor had me induced- so that’s amazing you had the experience you desired! What a great doctor

Omg thank you for sharing your story, I so desperately want a VBAC for my next baby and the first thing they said was "any future deliveries will be c section" after stitching me up 🥴 stories like this give me hope! Congratulations on your beautiful baby!

@Savannah You are absolutely welcome! Reading other success stories is what pushed me to try, so I knew I wanted to share mine. My first doctor told me I’d have to have another csection as well. I found another doctor instead, and switching was the best decision I made! Don’t give up hope girl.

@Jess thank you! He truly was so much more supportive than I could have imagined!
