Personal trainer

I'm looking for input for a personal trainer. I gave birth 16 months ago, and I been struggling badly with my weight mainly my mom pouch. I join the gym but I haven't seen any difference, I tried asking the gym for a personal trainer but they charge an arm and a leg. I can't go to the gym by myself, I feel like I don't know what I am doing it being judge and sometimes I don't feel motivated

Ask the gym for a trial session first. It's important to get along with your trainer and discuss not just a workout plan but lifestyle habits too. I like Habitual gym in Mississauga, near sq1.

Maunik at Fuzion fitness Quite reasonable amazing workouts

Where are you located? Would you be comfortable joining other moms and do a fitness group at the gym? I am part of the gym through the city of Mississauga and they offer a training session to show you how to use the equipment. I think they even have a small class program too to help you be motivated. You can also try a fitness class like Zumba or walking on YouTube. You can search “fit with Rick” or “Zumba sulu” and you can workout in the comfort of your home.

I go to lifetime fitness, if you’re there there is a small group coaching (cost effective) for post partum. I had the first class today, it’s great if you’d like to join.

The City also has personal trainers at their fitness centres in some community centres. And I agree with @Li-Anne it's important to get the right fit with your trainer. I've had a few different trainers over the years and if I don't feel like we're clicking or they understand me and my needs then I move on and find another.

@Stephanie I would be comfortable joinng other moms, problem is that these programs happen during the day and I work during the day
