Mucus Plug

I just lost like a ton of mucus plug or “bloody show”. Whatever everyone wants to call it. I’ve been losing it over the last 5 hours pretty significantly. I know labor can start anywhere from an hour to weeks after loss but I am wondering what others experiences were once they lost theirs.

I started labor like a week after that with my 2nd my 3rd I didn't lose any and my water broke right b4 pushing him out

Mucus plug came out 2 weeks before labor for me.

I had the same as you and went into labour that same day.

I lost mine a couple days ago, I'm 36+6. Can't recall if I did with my first baby, I didn't have any spotting and I was induced at 35-36 weeks. I've been having contractions, but not really dilated yet as of Monday. Hoping things will get going here in the next week.

I wanted everyone to be like “I went into labor right away!!” 😂 ugh. Wishful thinking.

Im sure you know this. Every labor is different. With my first I lost the mucus plug and went into labor a couple of hours later. However with my daughter I lost the mucus plug at 2am and went into labor at 2am lol. She was quick and easy. Also how much blood are you losing? Both of my mucus plug was very minimal I didn’t have the “bloody show”

It's only a bloody show if there's blood. Labour usually happens quicker after that I lost my mucus plug about a month before I gave birth - both times

i lost mine about midday and went into labour that night

Well, nothing has happened. -sincerely a very pregnant, grouchy, and uncomfortable lady 😆
