Definitely give you props for the no epidural. It says pain relief yes does that mean you took something and what was it if so. Also wdym by forceps?

@Day in the uk they offer you gas and air , then I had an injection called Pethidine. I didn’t have time for a epidural, my baby was to quick. Forceps are metal implements used to help baby be pulled/moved if they get stuck
